Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Similar to a churro sauce, great on waffles.
Add everything into a pan except the chocolate, bring to just before the boil then take off the head and then whisk in the chocolate
Ingredients
- 100 gm Sugar
- 30 gm Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 10 gm Butter
- 70 gm Dark Chocolate 55%
- 240 ml Water
